Ayurveda & The Elements @ Riverbed Yoga Guerneville

April 06, 2019

Sliding scale $10-$20

The Moon Cycle and Astrology are deeply embedded into the roots of Ayurveda, India’s 6,000 year old ancient healing system. Join the Sisterhood for this special New Moon Circle celebrating the principles of Ayurveda and elemental theory. We will be calling on each of the five elements—ether, air, fire, water, and earth—and fully embodying each element through our sense of taste! We will experience the varying impact each element and subsequent taste has on our mind-body system, and learn how to use this wisdom to ease our transition into early spring. Facilitated by Ayurvedic Chef   + Transformation Coach Kim Lavere — kimlavere.com
